sunapp is a free, independent tool. This policy explains what happens to what you upload.

What we handle

• Files you upload (invoices, receipts, statements, and similar documents) — used only to produce the output you download.
• Basic request data — your IP address and standard server logs, kept by our host for security and abuse prevention.
• No accounts, no sign-up, and no advertising or tracking cookies.

How your files are handled

• Files are processed in memory to generate your result and are not stored on our servers afterwards — nothing is retained once your download is produced.
• AI-powered extraction: parsing is performed with the help of third-party commercial large language model (LLM) services. Your document content is processed by these providers to produce your result, under their respective terms.
• Infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare, which processes requests and may log metadata under its own policies.

Your choices

Because we don't store files or keep accounts, there is nothing on our side to delete after a request completes. For any question or request, contact wtgeeker@163.com.
